Dancing the Seven Teachings

Have you ever wondered how to live the most wonderful life? The Seven Teachings show us an ancient path to becoming the best version of ourselves. They lead towards balance and respecting the inner and outer world around us, resulting in transformative growth. The two contemporary dance works, Bears Stars and Trees and Trickster’s Romeo and Juliet, are an energetic fusion of First Nations’ hoop dancing, contemporary dance, and ballet.
